Sarah Robinson is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and the best-selling author of Unstuck at Last: Using Your Strengths to Get What You Want. For more than 20 years, she has performed organizational development training for a variety of companies in the for-profit and non-profit fields. In 2013, Sarah became the first of seven consultants worldwide to be certified by Gallup as an Individual and Team Coach using the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. Sarah’s “Top 5 Signature Themes” are Competition, Maximizer, Achiever, Activator and Significance. She translates these natural Strengths into obtaining measurable results for her clients and helping them get “Unstuck at Last” – both professionally and personally.
In addition to her Gallup training and certification, Sarah holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology; the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM); and the position of Associate Faculty Member at IUPUI.
Sarah is known for her enthusiasm – in the classroom, as a presenter, and as a Strengths Coach. She enjoys meeting her clients needs while challenging herself to learn more about the every-growing discipline of organizational behavior. Sarah lives with her family and ill-behaved chocolate Labrador retriever in Indianapolis.
