Carol Curran is the founder and CEO of Phoenix Data Corporation, a woman-owned business developing innovative technology solutions for planning and optimization, training and workforce development, document management and electronic records, and program management. Carol’s history of growing successful, entrepreneurial businesses includes two prior technology companies, ETC and Curran Data Technologies. Realizing the potential for growth for female-owned technology firms, she founded Phoenix Data Corporation in 2001 and acquired key business certifications for access to opportunities. Certified as a woman-owned business (WBE), a small disadvantaged business (SDB), and 8(a), Phoenix has 83 employees at job sites in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Carol’s initiative and drive has achieved exponential growth and numerous contracts with the State of Indiana, health care and logistics partners, and the United States Department of Defense.
Growing up in Nigeria, Sola realized at an early age how powerful image can be to personal success.
She started ImageCube in 2008 with the intent to educate men and women how to use nonverbal communication techniques to appear authentic, appropriate, and attractive.
Sola is a Certified Image Consultant of the Association of Image Consultants International, a certified Myers-Briggs Personality Type Practitioner, and a long time fashion and image contributor for WISH TV-8’s Indy Style. As a public speaker and author, she has contributed to the Indianapolis Business Journal as its "Image Matters" columnist.
In 2015, Sola launched StylistModi to train personal style entrepreneurs to launch and grow successful style businesses through practical training and experience.

From corporate accounting manager to CFO—with stops at North American controller and corporate controller in between—McClelland feels fortunate to have worked with one company for so long.
Pat joined WTHR-TV 13 in 1988 as a weathercaster, and central Indiana viewers now know Pat Carlini as the long-time cheerful anchor on Channel 13 Eyewitness News Sunrise and Eyewitness News at Noon. She also reported on the Indy arts and entertainment scene and conducted many celebrity interviews.
Along with her TV duties, Pat was a member of the morning radio team on the top-rated, nationally syndicated Bob and Tom Show on WFBQ-Q95. Pat is a six-time Marconi Radio Award winner from her participation with the Bob and Tom radio show, including a Network/Syndicated Personalities of the Year Award. The show also won the 1990 Rolling Stone magazine readers poll Station of the Year Award and the radio personalities appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine.
